NCET is a member-supported organization that produces business and technology events to help small businesses and entrepreneurs.

NCET is an independent award-winning 501(c)(3) Nevada nonprofit organization whose programs include the NCET Expo, the NCET Tech AwardseMonth, and the monthly Tech Wednesday, Tech Bite and Jelly events.

NCET is funded by memberships, sponsorships and program revenues. NCET is not affiliated with the State of Nevada or the University of Nevada and receives no state or Federal funding.

NCET has developed a list of Nevada funding sources that provide equity funding for companies seeking funding. Small businesses needing loans should contact your local US Small Business Administration office or the Nevada Microenterprise Initiative.

Space Apps Reno is part of the global hackathon that is organized by NASA as part of the International Space Apps Challenge. In April 2014 the City of Reno will once again participate in this event as one of 80+ host cities from around the planet. Help NASA solve some it’s most intriguing earth and space technology challenges ranging from big data analysis to hacking on the Internet of Things. Also, we welcome any contributions from local businesses and agencies to help sponsor the individuals who will participate in this weekend long event.  The event will be held on April 12-13, 2014.
